How much is shipping & How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is included with all break spots.
We ship through Australia Post and pack carefully.
Tracking number will be provided.
Flat rate shipping options for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.
When will my order be dispatched?
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network
Weekend orders or orders that fall on public holidays etc, will usually be dispatched on the following business day
Shipping for live breaks are shipped out weekly from the previous week
How will my cards be protected?
Cards from breaks are shipped on a weekly basis. Every card will be enclosed in a sleeve, and more notable hits will be dispatched in either an individual top-loader or a hard plastic 'one touch' case.
Your orders are packed carefully using a minimum 2 layers of bubble wrap and padded bags or boxes where needed.
What if my cards are damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the circumstance and make it right.
Collectors Edge is not responsible for card/s that have been pulled from box breaks that are factory damaged in any way. The card winner will be responsible IF they chose to return card to the card manufacturer to seek possible replacement.
